About The Position

Skyline Windows is a fourth-generation family owned and operated business, specializing in designing, manufacturing, and installing custom windows, window wall systems, and terrace doors. All products are made to order. This entry-level Junior Project Manager position supports Project Managers in all aspects of project execution, including managing logs, submittals, and schedules. It is ideal for individuals with 0-2 years of experience seeking hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to project management in the window systems and construction industry.

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• 0–2 years of experience.

Nice To Haves

• MS Project experience is a plus.
• Construction software experience preferred.
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
• Window industry experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assists with coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.
• Assists with ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Monitors resource availability and allocation.
• Assists in developing a detailed project plan to track progress of projects.
• Reports and escalates matters to management as needed.
• Communicates and maintains comprehensive project documentation.
• Assists with sending and tracking submittments.
• Establishes and maintains relationships with third parties, vendors, and both internal and external clients.
