About The Position

KBR is seeking a Junior Program Analyst to join their team supporting the Australian F/A-18 Super Hornet and Growler Program. This role involves coordinating major program events, facilitating collaboration among various stakeholders, and providing direct support to program management. The analyst will be responsible for foreign visit coordination, preparing program correspondence, analyzing data, developing program documentation, and supporting technology transfer activities. The position requires a US citizen with the ability to obtain a DoD secret security clearance.

Requirements

  • BS/BA and 0-3 years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline.
  • Must be a US citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD secret security clearance.

  • Ability to create structured documentation, develop presentations, manage shared program repositories, and perform data analysis using these applications.
  • Knowledge of Foreign Military Sales (FMS) and Defense Security Assistance Programs, including associated policies, processes, and procedures.
  • Familiarity with DoD acquisition regulations—particularly the DoD 5000‑series—is desired to support program planning, documentation, and international partner coordination.
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear written products, deliver concise briefings, and coordinate effectively with technical, financial, logistics, and international stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support major program events, including Technical Interchange Meetings (TIMs), Program Management Reviews (PMRs), Logistics Program Reviews (LPRs), Capability Development Program Reviews (CDPRs), and other cross‑functional working groups.
  • Facilitate collaboration across engineering, logistics, financial, and program management stakeholders to ensure alignment, maintain program cohesion, and drive progress toward established objectives.
  • Lead foreign visit coordination activities for the KBR Australian F‑18 team by developing, submitting, and processing Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF) visit requests.
  • Manage planning for new requirements, maintain comprehensive tracking of all visit actions, and ensure timely completion of approvals, signatures, and supporting documentation in accordance with international engagement and security policies.
  • Provide direct program support to the F/A‑18 Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager, assisting with resource planning, workload allocation, and monitoring of contracting actions.
  • Contribute to program oversight by tracking task execution, identifying issues, and supporting resolution of programmatic and contractual matters.
  • Prepare formal and informal program correspondence, including letters, memoranda, presentations, point papers, and briefing materials.
  • Maintain organized files of all program documentation and track all action items and taskers to ensure timely completion and accurate program reporting.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to aircraft acquisition and product support programs.
  • Maintain structured records, evaluate program information, and track project status, milestones, and schedules to support effective program execution and decision‑making.
  • Develop and maintain program documentation, including planning materials, security‑related records, personnel‑tracking databases, asset‑management tools, and other artifacts supporting evolving program requirements.
  • Ensure documentation accuracy, completeness, and compliance with DoD security and data‑management standards.
  • Support technology transfer and foreign disclosure activities by preparing required documentation, reviewing U.S. technical materials for compliance with DoD disclosure policies, sanitizing content as appropriate, applying proper DoD markings, and routing packages through foreign disclosure review channels for release determination.
