About The Position

The ASU+GSV Summit is a significant gathering for education and workforce leaders, focusing on the transformation of learning and skills through emerging technologies. Referred to as the “Davos of Education,” it brings together thousands of registrants, speakers, and partners to discuss the future of learning. As of July 2025, the GSV Summit is part of Hyve Group, merging with Bett to form a large global education innovation community. The Product Team is responsible for designing and delivering the Summit experience through curated content and events, bridging marketing, partnerships, and community engagement. They work collaboratively across three core verticals: PreK-12, Higher Education, and Workforce, maintaining agility to launch new programs and adapt existing ones. This role specifically supports the PreK-12 team, focusing on turning strategy into flawless execution by managing details, logistics, and follow-through for the PreK-12 program, which addresses critical topics like classroom innovation, educator support, and student outcomes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 1–2 years of previous experience in program/product management or a similar role that requires excellent attention to detail and ability to translate from strategy to execution

Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of the PreK-12 program, including researching topics, identifying speakers, developing session concepts, and ensuring timely, relevant, and high-impact delivery.
  • Manage end-to-end program logistics, including speaker outreach and confirmation, session scheduling, run-of-show details, and final delivery.
  • Track and maintain accurate program documentation, session details, and speaker logistics with exceptional organization.
  • Maintain the PreK-12 program calendar and pipeline in coordination with partnership and community teams, proactively flagging risks and dependencies.
  • Support the Director, K12 Product and partnerships team in coordinating partner deliverables and activations tied to PreK-12 programming.
  • Track partner commitments and ensure timely execution of partner-related program elements.
  • Help prepare materials and briefs for partner program involvement.
  • Execute community engagement initiatives that support PreK-12 programming, in-person and year-round, in collaboration with the SVP of Community and VP of Educator Engagement.
  • Coordinate educator engagement touchpoints such as webinars, community activations, and outreach to feed the PreK-12 content pipeline.
  • Capture and organize community insights to help surface emerging leaders, trends, and conversation topics.
  • Serve as a day-to-day point of contact for PreK-12 speakers, moderators, and partners, managing logistics, scheduling, and communications.
  • Support the Director, K12 Product in engaging PreK-12 superintendents, principals, educators, EdTech founders, and policymakers to inform program development.
  • Use tools like Airtable, Cvent, and generative AI to streamline workflows and enhance program delivery.
  • Identify and test new technologies to improve efficiency, attendee experience, and business outcomes.
