Requirements
- Solid foundation in both the visual and logical aspects of web design, capable of delivering designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
- Curiosity and willingness to learn how to leverage AI tools to optimize the design process and explore new creative possibilities.
- Strong communication skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Open to feedback and driven by data, ensuring designs are rooted in user insights.
- Constantly learning, experimenting, and keeping up with the latest trends in web design.
- Foundational hands-on experience in web and UI design (through internships or junior roles).
- A portfolio showing potential, creativity, and attention to detail.
- 1-3 years of UX/UI design experience (internships included).
- A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, understanding of UI principles, and ability to solve problems visually.
- Experience designing for responsive web environments.
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with motion design tools like Cinema 4D or After Effects to enhance UI animations.
- A track record of having contributed to live websites or shipping digital products.
- Familiarity with design systems and best practices for using scalable, reusable components.
- Experience in the financial technology space or designing complex, data-heavy platforms.
Responsibilities
- Assist in creating clean, engaging designs that align with the brand while ensuring a cohesive, user-centered experience across the site.
- Help craft intuitive and functional solutions that align with marketing goals and user needs, from visual design to logic.
- Participate in user research initiatives to validate design assumptions, test microcopy, and help refine designs based on real user feedback.
- Work closely with senior designers, trading-platform product designers, and other stakeholders to understand feature requirements and integrate insights, ensuring designs meet cross-functional standards.
- Leverage UI-focused AI tools (e.g., automated prototyping, AI-driven asset generation) to speed up workflow, generate design variations, and learn to enhance the design process for faster iteration.
