The role involves supporting both visual and logical design, collaborating with senior designers and various stakeholders, including trading-platform product designers, to align designs with business and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will be eager to learn modern design trends, utilize the latest tools and technologies, and continuously explore and integrate AI to improve design workflows.

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in both the visual and logical aspects of web design, capable of delivering designs that are both aesthetically pleasing and functional.
  • Curiosity and willingness to learn how to leverage AI tools to optimize the design process and explore new creative possibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, able to articulate design decisions clearly while collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Open to feedback and driven by data, ensuring designs are rooted in user insights.
  • Constantly learning, experimenting, and keeping up with the latest trends in web design.
  • Foundational hands-on experience in web and UI design (through internships or junior roles).
  • A portfolio showing potential, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • 1-3 years of UX/UI design experience (internships included).
  • A portfolio demonstrating strong design craft, understanding of UI principles, and ability to solve problems visually.
  • Experience designing for responsive web environments.
  • Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with motion design tools like Cinema 4D or After Effects to enhance UI animations.
  • A track record of having contributed to live websites or shipping digital products.
  • Familiarity with design systems and best practices for using scalable, reusable components.
  • Experience in the financial technology space or designing complex, data-heavy platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating clean, engaging designs that align with the brand while ensuring a cohesive, user-centered experience across the site.
  • Help craft intuitive and functional solutions that align with marketing goals and user needs, from visual design to logic.
  • Participate in user research initiatives to validate design assumptions, test microcopy, and help refine designs based on real user feedback.
  • Work closely with senior designers, trading-platform product designers, and other stakeholders to understand feature requirements and integrate insights, ensuring designs meet cross-functional standards.
  • Leverage UI-focused AI tools (e.g., automated prototyping, AI-driven asset generation) to speed up workflow, generate design variations, and learn to enhance the design process for faster iteration.
