About The Position

We're seeking a Junior Corporate Paralegal to join our dynamic team at AscellaHealth, where your expertise will directly contribute to improving health outcomes for patients with complex, chronic conditions and rare diseases. This role offers the opportunity to support the Legal team in high-level transactional work while ensuring compliance and driving operational excellence across the business, working alongside industry leaders in specialty pharmaceutical services. This role provides legal support across corporate transactions, contracts, regulatory filings, and compliance, allowing the Legal team to operate with speed, accuracy, and confidence. This is a hybrid role based at our AscellHealth headquarters in Berwyn, PA that requires in-office work three (3) days per week. Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Bachelor's degree in law, business administration, or related field (required)
  • 5+ years of experience with an in-house legal department or law firm
  • Demonstrated experience in corporate law, contracts, and commercial transactions

Responsibilities

  • Draft and review legal documents for corporate transactions.
  • Conduct research to ensure business compliance with applicable state and federal regulations.
  • Facilitate completion of commercial contracts and contract amendments; maintain accurate records in the company's contract management system.
  • Act as a liaison between in-house counsel and outside counsel when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and accounting of business transactions.
  • Perform legal research, writing, and analysis as assigned by counsel.
  • Assist with regulatory filings, company registrations, and licensing.
  • Monitor changes in applicable laws and regulations and proactively communicate updates to the team.
  • Represent AscellaHealth with professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and respect in all transactions.
