Requirements

Fluent in English and German (additional languages such as French, Polish, or Lithuanian are a significant plus).

Strong phone communication skills; prior experience in customer support or sales is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Support the operations team by coordinating car transport services in a fast-paced and growing environment, ensuring smooth execution with compounds and drivers.
Provide ad hoc support to assist the operations team with various tasks as needed.
Collaborate with carriers, customers, and other partners to ensure seamless workflow and effective communication.
Handle phone communication with customers, ensuring their needs are met and providing excellent service throughout the process.
