About The Position

Gwynedd Manufacturing is seeking a creative, detail-oriented Junior Multimedia Designer to develop marketing and creative content across digital, print, social media, advertising, and product launches. The role is approximately 70% graphic design and 30% video editing and motion graphics. Working with the Creative Director and marketing team, the designer will turn creative direction and brand guidelines into polished visual assets and support video production, motion graphics, and occasional photography and videography. This is a hands-on, execution-focused opportunity to contribute to projects from concept through final delivery. The position is based in a manufacturing environment. Physical activities may be required for extended periods, up to a full eight-hour work shift, including standing, walking, sitting, squatting or bending, kneeling and rising, and lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling materials and equipment weighing up to—and occasionally exceeding—50 pounds. The role also involves computer and screen use, accurate data entry, and manual dexterity. Work areas may have varying temperatures, limited climate control, varying noise levels, and moving production equipment. A third-party physical assessment may be required as a condition of an offer.

  • Strong attention to detail, communication, organization, and time management skills.
  • Ability to accept feedback, refine creative work, learn new techniques, and manage multiple deadlines.
