This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career marketer with at least 1 year of hands-on marketing experience and exposure to Meta Ads Manager. You'll work directly with experienced performance marketers, learn how winning campaigns are built, and develop the skills needed to become a high-level media buyer. This isn't a support role. This is the first step in a structured path toward becoming a Senior Media Buyer, with increasing responsibility, autonomy, and performance-based earning opportunities as you grow. If you're ambitious, analytical, competitive, and genuinely passionate about digital marketing, we'd love to see what you can do. Performance marketing moves fast. Small improvements can create significant results, and the ability to spot opportunities before others do is incredibly valuable. In this role, you'll be at the center of campaign operations—analyzing performance, uncovering insights, monitoring competitors, and helping keep critical projects moving forward. Your work will help identify what's driving results, what needs improvement, and where the next growth opportunity lies. More importantly, this role is designed as a career launchpad.
