About The Position

This is a fully remote opportunity for a Junior Affiliate Media Buyer who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow into a senior buying position. The role involves analyzing performance data, uncovering insights, monitoring competitors, and coordinating with creative and technical teammates to scale performance marketing campaigns. The position is designed as a career launchpad, offering hands-on exposure to real campaigns, ongoing skill development, and increasing ownership and autonomy.

Requirements

Comfortable working with performance data (spend, CTR, CPL, etc.).
Ability to identify when something looks off or is performing exceptionally well.
Curiosity and motivation to investigate problems and opportunities.
Takes initiative without waiting to be told what to do.
Proactively looks for ways to improve processes, uncover insights, and support the team.
Strong communication skills to present findings clearly and coordinate effectively.
Minimum 7 hours overlap with EST business hours (9 AM - 5 PM EST) daily.
Compensation of $1,200–$2,000 per month.

Responsibilities

Dive into advertising accounts, reviewing campaign performance and identifying trends.
Translate data into actionable recommendations for creative decisions and campaign outcomes.
Monitor competitor activity, researching ads, funnels, angles, and market movements.
Coordinate team efforts by prioritizing work, keeping projects moving, and removing bottlenecks.
Collaborate with creative and technical teammates to ensure efficient completion of deliverables.
Maintain clear documentation and organized workflows for insights, tasks, and account updates.
