About The Position

Performs material coordination activities using standard ERP principles to adhere to material and customer requirements, including traceability and documentation standards. Demonstrates understanding in materials management and inventory activities.

Requirements

  • High School and one year prior experience working in a warehouse/manufacturing environment.
  • Must be able to pass Background check in accordance with Customer Guidelines and Requirements.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Valid Washington State Driver’s License Required.
  • Entry level proficiency in reading and understanding engineering documentation, part numbers, and work orders
  • Ability to document assembly steps and test results in written logs or electronic systems
  • Can effectively interpret and apply labeling and documentation standards per customer and aerospace contract requirements
  • Able to follow verbal and written instructions with minimal supervision
  • Comfortable communicating with peers and leads to clarify instructions, escalate issues, or report non-conformances

Responsibilities

  • Receives and performs receiving inspection of consigned and purchased material and paperwork from customers and vendors while maintaining AS9100 requirements.
  • Performs entry level kitting and staging materials for production according to due date.
  • Sorts and distributes incoming jobs to appropriate destinations for Bridgeway’s and partners.
  • Perform Inventory of standard parts and pull cards and reorder material, this includes, standards, details, etc.
  • Participate in monthly raw goods and finished goods inventory and WIP inventory when necessary.
  • Ships complete orders according to the due date and/or customer needs.
  • Responsible for preparing and finalizing shipping documents, including Packing Lists and Certificates of Conformance (CoCs), while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Operate forklift to load/unload materials from trucks and move large materials within the building.
  • Delivery of finished products to customers in the Puget Sound area.
  • Pick-up of supplies and work for Bridgeways.
  • Reads and interprets maps and driving directions to plan the most efficient route service for customers and reads and interprets road signs.
  • Operate and maintain vehicles within company policy.
  • Maintains accurate, up-to-date records on trip sheets fuel purchases, incident reports, accident reports, vehicle condition reports, and other records that are requested from management.
