About The Position

Jitterbit is seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Junior Marketing Specialist to join their performance marketing team. This role is ideal for a motivated self-starter who is curious about how platforms work and takes pride in flawless execution. The position offers hands-on experience in campaign management, data analysis, and ownership of critical marketing systems. The specialist will be responsible for both the technical and operational aspects of marketing automation, email scheduling, and data tracking, as well as contributing to paid acquisition efforts by creating ads, collaborating with design for creatives, and working with an agency on PPC and Paid Social campaigns.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, operations, or paid ads.
  • Self-starter attitude with a proactive approach to problem-solving and learning.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot (or similar automation tool) and Salesforce is highly desired, with a proven ability to learn complex software quickly.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, including triple-checking links, spelling, and workflow logic.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for collaboration with design, agency partners, and internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Set up, test, and maintain HubSpot workflows for lead nurturing and campaign tracking.
  • Build and schedule marketing emails in HubSpot.
  • Support inbound and outbound AI functions across various AI tools and platforms.
  • Ensure tracking pixels, UTMs, and campaigns are correctly set up for data flow into Salesforce.
  • Pull campaign data and maintain reports in HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Write ad copy for paid social/search and coordinate with the Design team for visuals.
  • Act as a key coordinator with the external ad agency for campaign launches.
  • Monitor Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager for daily optimizations.
  • Manage marketing campaign timelines, workflows, and launch schedules.
  • Collaborate with Content, Design, and Sales teams for assets and messaging alignment.
  • Build and maintain reporting dashboards to monitor campaign performance and provide insights.
