Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls in a professional manner.
- Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
- Perform routine clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and data entry.
- Schedule appointments and manage the conference room calendar.
