The Junior Manufacturing Engineer is responsible for providing technical and troubleshooting support related to the production of components, including fixturing, machining applications, safe practices, and programming. This role applies standard engineering techniques to design, analyze, test, maintain, repair, or improve products, components, or assemblies. Additionally, it utilizes computer-aided design (CAD) software to create blueprints for product manufacturing. All manufacturing components will be processed to run on various machines such as cut tables, plate rollers, horizontal/vertical machining centers, and turning machines. The incumbent is expected to consistently demonstrate alignment with the company's mission and core business values, collaborate with key internal/external resources, and participate in ongoing self-development.
