About The Position
A multi-disciplinary architectural, engineering and construction firm is seeking a Junior Engineer to help them build a better future by bringing your technical expertise to their Irvine, CA office. This role involves conducting building envelope assessments, analyzing data, assisting in the design of building enclosure systems, and providing technical support to clients and project teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in architecture, engineering, or building technology
- 2-5 years of relevant construction or related field experience in roofing, waterproofing, glazing installation, lab or field testing, or related building envelope systems
- Two years of experience in building enclosure consulting or related fields
Responsibilities
- Conduct building envelope assessments, including visual inspections and diagnostic testing
- Analyze data and prepare reports on building envelope performance
- Assist in the design of building enclosure systems, including the selection of materials and detailing
- Conduct site visits during construction to ensure compliance with design and specifications
- Provide technical support to clients and project teams
