About The Position
The junior maintenance technician performs basic custodial/janitorial maintenance in order to preserve quality and value in the apartment community, keeping the property in a clean and orderly condition. Supplements maintenance, landscape, and management efforts to meet company standards and attract residents.
Requirements
- Days/Hours will vary based on property location but weekend availability is needed
- Will be subject to a Background/Physical/Drug Screening
- Must be eligible to work in the United States

Responsibilities
- Handle installations and repairs.
- Plumbing, and electrical issues are a PLUS but not required
- Manage repair work on walls, floors, doors, and woodwork a PLUS but not required
- Document findings in terms of needed repairs and performed duties
- Handle some maintenance and troubleshooting of mechanical processes
- Alert appropriate authorities of any malfunctions in the building
- Drive to different locations
