About The Position
Seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic individual to join our team at a 35 unit affordable housing apartment complex in Bangor to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be available to participate in the on-call schedule.
Requirements
- Must be available to participate in the on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- unit turnover (making units ready for rent)
- repairs to appliances and fixtures
- basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- paint building interiors
- miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- change locks
- grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
- vacuuming stairwells and hallways, mopping all common areas, wiping down all entryways, dusting all light fixtures, and cleaning all front door entryways
- making sure that vacant units are clean
