About The Position
Seeking a reliable, motivated and energetic individual to join our team at a 35 unit affordable housing apartment complex in Bangor to assist with the maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Must be available to participate in the on-call schedule.
Requirements
- Must be available to participate in the on-call schedule.
Responsibilities
- Unit turnover (making units ready for rent)
- Repairs to appliances and fixtures
- Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
- Paint building interiors
- Miscellaneous carpentry repairs
- Change locks
- Grounds keeping, landscaping and snow removal
- Vacuuming stairwells and hallways, mopping all common areas, wiping down all entryways, dusting all light fixtures, and cleaning all front door entryways
- Making sure that vacant units are clean
