Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-4 years of building maintenance experience
Nice To Haves
- Technical training or certification
- Senior living maintenance experience
Responsibilities
- Will repair and maintain the community.
- Perform duties involving operation, security and maintenance of building, equipment and grounds.
- Execute preventive maintenance schedules.
- Be involved in construction and remodeling.
