About The Position

We’re looking for a Junior Maintenance Specialist to join an innovative technology team supporting advanced equipment used in the mining industry. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to develop hands-on skills in maintenance, troubleshooting, field service, and customer support while learning from experienced technical professionals.

Requirements

• Degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Mechatronic Engineering or a related technical discipline
• Approximately 1–2 years of relevant experience; internships, graduate placements and substantial hands-on academic projects will be considered
• Strong safety mindset and willingness to learn
• Valid US work authorization
• Valid driver’s licence and passport
• Ability to travel and work across the US and Canada

Nice To Haves

• Mining or field-service experience is an asset, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support preventive maintenance and equipment servicing
• Troubleshoot electrical, electronic, mechanical and mechatronic systems
• Assist with equipment installations and commissioning
• Respond to technical issues and help minimize equipment downtime
• Support customer training and technical inquiries
• Perform fault finding and assist with root cause analysis
• Maintain accurate service, maintenance and equipment records
• Build technical skills through structured on-the-job training

• $60,000 base + ~$11,000 annual location allowance
