Requirements

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer applications
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills with close attention to detail
Ability to identify issues, follow corrective guidance, and implement recommendations effectively
Willingness to learn litigation procedures and court rules in a high-volume environment
High school diploma or equivalent (required)

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
Exposure to Quality Assurance and/or Quality Control principles (strongly preferred)

Responsibilities

Perform comprehensive, loan-level desktop reviews of litigation files based on established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support quality legal service delivery
Manage and respond promptly to a high volume of email correspondence with attorneys, clients, courts, and internal departments
Draft and prepare litigation documents, including motions, notices, and final judgments, under attorney supervision
Track, calendar, and meet all client, court, and county deadlines
File and upload pleadings and exhibits with courts and client systems in accordance with procedural requirements
Update internal case management systems to ensure accurate documentation, findings, and case status information
Handle all matters with a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
Assist in maintaining compliance with local, state, and federal requirements related to foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections, as applicable
