About The Position

The Junior Leasing Support Specialist (Junior LSS) serves as the frontline representative for Arboreal Property Management's Leasing Support Team. This role is responsible for answering incoming leasing calls through Maynard CRM, assisting prospective residents with leasing inquiries, responding to general questions about available properties, scheduling property tours, and providing first-level leasing support throughout the customer journey. The Junior LSS ensures inquiries are handled professionally and routed to the appropriate team member when additional assistance or specialized support is required.
This is an entry-level position designed to build a strong foundation in leasing operations and customer service. As employees gain experience and demonstrate proficiency, they will receive cross-training in additional Leasing Support functions, preparing them to take on more advanced responsibilities, support the application process, and contribute to the overall success of the Leasing Support Team.

Requirements

• Prior telesales or customer service experience
• Must be available to work 40 hours per week on a flexible schedule, including weekends as part of rotating or assigned shifts based on operational needs.
• High level of organization and detail orientation for maximum efficiency working independently with minimum supervisions
• Superior English communication skills, collaborative with strong interpersonal skills
• The ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and analyze decisions with a broad perspective
• Highest level of personal and professional integrity and ethics
• Excellent phone and written communication skills
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn CRM and ticket management systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor and promptly respond to all incoming leasing calls through Maynard Voice.
• Schedule property tours and coordinate appointments with prospective residents.
• Respond to emails related to leasing inquiries and prospect communications.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all prospect interactions and communications in Maynard CRM.
• Ticket Management
• Work collaboratively with US-based teams
