Our award-winning Landscape Division is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated Junior Landscape Design Sales Associate to join our team. This is an entry-level landscape design and sales role designed for individuals eager to launch their career in landscape design, horticulture, and client-focused sales. You’ll work closely with experienced designers and receive hands-on mentorship to develop the technical and sales skills needed to succeed in the industry.

Requirements

3–5 years of relevant experience in landscaping, nursery, or design support
Strong interest in landscape design, plant knowledge, and outdoor environments
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree in landscape design, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field
Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
Valid driver’s license

Responsibilities

Shadow and support senior landscape designers through all phases of the design/sales process
Assist with site consultations, client meetings, and project follow-ups
Learn to develop base plans, landscape designs, takeoffs, and cost estimates
Prepare presentation materials and proposals for clients
Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
Build foundational knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape design principles
