Junior Landscape Design Sales Associate (Entry-Level)

The award-winning Landscape Division is growing and is looking for a motivated Junior Landscape Design Sales Associate to join the team. This is an entry-level landscape design and sales role designed for individuals eager to launch their career in landscape design, horticulture, and client-focused sales. The associate will work closely with experienced designers and receive hands-on mentorship to develop the technical and sales skills needed to succeed in the industry.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in landscaping, nursery, or design support (if Bachelor's degree is not met)
- Strong interest in landscape design, plant knowledge, and outdoor environments
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree in landscape design, Horticulture, Environmental Science, or related field
- Proficiency in design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, or similar)
- Valid driver’s license
Responsibilities
- Shadow and support senior landscape designers through all phases of the design/sales process
- Assist with site consultations, client meetings, and project follow-ups
- Learn to develop base plans, landscape designs, takeoffs, and cost estimates
- Prepare presentation materials and proposals for clients
- Deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience
- Build foundational knowledge of plants, materials, and landscape design principles
