About The Position

To strengthen our Regional IT Services team, we are looking for a motivated individual to help with IT support in the Dallas TX area. We are handling the DSV environment which currently spans +70 countries and +700 sites. We work with Citrix Environment, Lenovo computers, Lexmark and Zebra printers and Cisco network equipment and solutions. You would be primarily supporting the Denton and Northlake locations (warehouse operations over 1million sq ft each) with one day a week supporting the Grapevine office (200 folks office area + whse – 114k sq ft). However, you will also provide support as needed to our 2 large warehouses (over 1mill sq ft each) in Lancaster TX and other surrounding sites. Your goal will be to work closely with the business to make sure everything is operational even if that involves being the “man in the middle” pushing and escalating with other teams till an issue is resolved. The position is within RITS (Regional IT Support) whereby you will have an opportunity learn various basic IT tasks, while helping support a large office and warehouse environment.

Requirements

• Overall knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Basic Understanding of Citrix
• Basic troubleshooting skills of print related issues
• Basic understanding of Network Topology
• Knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory user and computer management tools.

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse support experience is ideal (RFScanners, label printers)

Responsibilities

• Computer Operation (implementing and maintaining)

• Must be able to work with users face to face and remotely and have good communication skills.
• Upgrading/Migrating local offices
• Troubleshoot both local and remote End user and printing issues.
• Support multiple buildings in the State
