About The Position

Reporting to the Director, Global Information Systems, this position is responsible for providing software and systems support to employees across our global network. The qualified candidate will have a strong service orientation, the ability to trouble shoot issues across multiple IT platforms and devices, the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with users, department team members, and vendors, and to juggle multiple priorities and operate calmy in pressured situations.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1–3 years IT support in a professional services environment preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in related field preferred.
  • Experience in user support + sysadmin basics, IAM/SSO, MDM, ticketing, security.
  • Windows & Mac support; Linux a plus.
  • Strong ability to troubleshoot.
  • Organized and detail oriented.
  • Discreet with sensitive data.
  • Self-starter; fast learner.

  • ITSM/ITAM, IAM/MDM, endpoint, DMS.
  • Scripting/automation.
  • Technical writing.
  • Vendor/stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Support hardware, software, and accounts.
  • Troubleshoot devices and connectivity.
  • Install and maintain endpoints/peripherals.
  • Support onboarding/offboarding.
  • Administer identity and access.
  • Support endpoint/security tools; escalate.
  • Coordinate vendors/MSPs.
  • Maintain asset inventory.
  • Maintain documentation/KB.
  • Support IT ops/admin.
  • Provide user guidance.
  • Improve processes; automate.
  • Support projects/rollouts.
