About The Position

Inszone University is offering a paid learning opportunity for individuals interested in starting a career in the insurance industry. In the first 30 days, students will learn the skills necessary to obtain their insurance producer's license, with the company covering licensing costs. Upon obtaining the license, participants will gain experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Account Management. At 90 days, students will specialize in their chosen line of business, embarking on a potentially lifelong career.

Requirements

• No insurance experience necessary! If you are interested in beginning a career in the insurance industry, we will train you and pay for your licensing.
• Multi-tasking - Ability to successfully manage different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Communication – The ability to speak and write in a clear, calm, and positive manner, ensuring customer satisfaction above all.
• Organization – Ability to plan and operate in a well-organized manner.
• Team Oriented – Ability to work as a part of a team, as well as maintain a positive attitude and good energy in the workplace.
• Computer literacy - Students are taught the use of our systems, but familiarity with computer systems and navigation will contribute to your success in this role.
• Schedule Adherence - Consistent attendance is necessary to be successful in this role.
• Engaged– A positive attitude and a desire to progress in a career-long commitment to insurance are traits of successful Inszone University participants.
