About The Position

Inszone University offers a paid learning program for individuals interested in starting a career in the insurance industry. In the first 30 days, students will learn the skills necessary to obtain their insurance producer's license. Upon obtaining the license, students will gain experience in both Commercial and Personal Lines Insurance Account Management roles. At 90 days, participants will specialize in their chosen line of business, embarking on a career path.

• No insurance experience necessary! If you are interested in beginning a career in the insurance industry, we will train you and pay for your licensing.
• Experience in public-facing prior roles is helpful

• Provide answers to questions for our customers, service as a primary resource.
• Build long-term relationships with customers through service professionalism and accuracy.
• Protect the best interests of both our clients and insurance company partners.
• Follow-up on all activities with speed and commitment.
