Junior Information Management Analyst Co-op
About The Position
This co-op position is open to students registered in a recognized co-op program and is for a duration of 4 months, from September to December 2026. The role is located in Victoria, BC, at the BC Pension Corporation, a leading pension service provider in Canada. The Architecture, Information Management and Security branch (AIMS) provides enterprise architecture, information management, and security operations services. The Content Management team, within AIMS, is responsible for creating and maintaining records and information management policies, standards, and guidelines, as well as identity and access management governance and implementing information protection policies. AIMS also ensures the confidentiality, availability, and integrity of corporate information and data systems, complies with regulations, and operates enterprise cyber security solutions.
Requirements
- Must be registered in a recognized co-op program.
- Students working towards a diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Students working towards a post-graduate degree.

Responsibilities
- Creating and maintaining records and information management policies, standards, and guidelines for the corporation.
