We’re seeking a technically strong engineer with proven experience in project management, geotechnical site characterization, embankment design, and stability modelling. The ideal candidate will have co‑op or early career experience in field investigation and construction, communicate confidently with clients, and produce clear, well‑reasoned technical deliverables under the mentorship of DMC’s senior engineers. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geological Engineering (minimum)
Minimum 2 years of relevant geotechnical engineering experience
Registered, or eligible for registration, as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) in BC
Strong technical writing, communication, and project coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently with minimal supervision
Previous project management experience
Proficient with Microsoft Office applications
Valid Class 5 driver’s license (or equivalent) with a clean driving record
Legally eligible to work in Canada
Strong work ethic with a drive to excel and deliver high-quality work
Effective communicator with excellent oral and written skills
Able to work independently or collaboratively within a team environment

Nice To Haves

Experience conducting geotechnical site investigations
Familiarity with industry standard geotechnical software (e.g., gINT, CPeT IT, L Pile, GROUP, Settle3D, Slide, SHAKE)
Background in materials testing and construction inspection
