About The Position

As a Junior FP&A Analyst, you will partner closely with the Director of FP&A to support the company’s financial planning and analysis function. This role plays a key part in delivering actionable insights through monthly reporting, forecasting, budgeting, and strategic analysis to support informed business decisions.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
1-2 years of experience in an accounting or finance department, preferably in a public company environment.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of thinking critically and creatively.
Hands-on team player with a proactive approach and strong work ethic.

Nice To Haves

Experience in multi-unit construction is a plus.

Responsibilities

Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages, including job cost analysis with clear identification of risks and opportunities.
Analyze historical and current trends in key performance indicators (KPIs) to provide data-driven insights.
Assist with development of Monthly Reporting Package for senior leadership.
Assist with the quarterly forecasting and annual budgeting processes, coordinating cross-functional input from operations, sales, and finance teams.
Drive continuous improvement in reporting processes and tools to enhance visibility and decision-making across the organization.
Build and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business planning.
Support the implementation and optimization of Sage ERP for financial reporting and analysis.
Perform additional duties and ad hoc analysis as needed.
