The Junior Facilities Stager is a highly organized and motivated individual responsible for assisting with the staging of new facilities and the upkeep and maintenance of existing facilities that provide services to clients with autism spectrum disorder. This role involves collaborating with leadership, making independent financial decisions for projects, leading third-party vendors, and ensuring compliance with quality assurance audits. The position also includes responsibilities for the assembly, disassembly, transportation, and relocation of non-medical equipment and furniture, as well as supervising and assisting with existing facility maintenance and implementing best practices for buildings, grounds, and operating systems. A key aspect of this role is understanding and ensuring compliance with OSHA and other regulatory guidelines.
