About The Position

As a screen print production stager, you help make the 4imprint brand come alive by supplying the embroidery machines with raw product, which are turned into customers’ orders. We work with businesses and organizations of all kinds to provide them with personalized promotional products. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to effectively communicate with others (verbally and in writing).

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the eight core principles that guide every 4imprint teammate on a daily basis: Honesty, Curiosity, Collaboration, Flexibility, Accountability, Empathy, Positive Attitude, Humility.
• Effectively interpret work orders and job aids to ensure accurate execution of job responsibilities.
• Pull orders from the staging area to put by the machines to ensure all machines have enough non-screen printed product and screens to avoid delays.
• Use RF scanners to manage and ensure inventory accuracy and track orders.
• Work with the production team to make sure all orders and screens are updated and available.
• May be required to help in shipping.
• Participate in training classes and actively seek professional development.
• Help out in other areas when needed and when time allows.
