Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in IT or helpdesk field
- Ability to work a shift schedule
- TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
- HS Diploma or GED
Nice To Haves
- Experience with cloud platforms including AWS
- Experience with automation tools and scripting languages including Python
- Experience supporting operational AI/ML systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or an equivelant technical field
Responsibilities
- Combine technical skills with big picture thinking to make an impact in our nation’s security.
- Understand customer’s environment and develop the right systems for their mission.
- Translate real-world needs into technical specifications.
- Design and develop systems, and evolve them with advanced technology solutions.
- Broaden skillset into areas like AI, cloud and cybersecurity.
- Merge current practices and next generation solutions to create the future of our nation’s security.
- Create the future of technology in the Intelligence Community.
- Perform level 1 restoration using documented SOPs, Confluence sites, and past history tickets.
- Capture systems requirements and document in various formats.
- Support development teams with troubleshooting and resolving impediments, bugs technical issues, and coordinating formal outage tracking efforts.
- Act as primary collaborator between contract leadership, government stakeholders, and development teams.
- Provide product outreach support, including direct user support, systems integration support, management of system access controls.
