WE ARE SEEKING A MOTIVATED AND TECHNICALLY CURIOUS JUNIOR ENGINEER INTERN TO JOIN OUR TEAM AND GAIN HANDS-ON EXPERIENCE ACROSS DATA ENGINEERING, ANALYTICS, SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT, SYSTEMS TROUBLESHOOTING, AND TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT. THIS ROLE IS IDEAL FOR A STUDENT OR EARLY-CAREER TECHNOLOGIST WHO ENJOYS SOLVING PROBLEMS, LEARNING NEW TECHNOLOGIES, AND WORKING ACROSS MULTIPLE AREAS OF A FAST-PACED TECHNOLOGY ENVIRONMENT. THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE EXPOSURE TO SNOWFLAKE, POWER BI, PYTHON, C++, AND JAVA AND WILL BE COMFORTABLE TROUBLESHOOTING TECHNICAL ISSUES AND PROVIDING BASELINE TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT TO EMPLOYEES. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE IS A STRONG PROBLEM SOLVER WHO IS EAGER TO LEARN, ASKS THOUGHTFUL QUESTIONS, AND CAN WORK INDEPENDENTLY WHILE KNOWING WHEN TO ESCALATE MORE COMPLEX ISSUES.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related technical field
• Coursework, project, internship, or hands-on experience with Python, C++, and Java.
• Experience with SQL and relational databases
• Experience or familiarity with Snowflake and Power BI.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable troubleshooting technical and system-related issues.
• Experience building Power BI dashboards or data visualizations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based technology environments.
• Experience working with APIs, ETL/ELT processes, or data pipelines.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub or other version-control systems.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, Windows environments, or common business applications.
• Basic understanding of databases, data structures, APIs, and software development concepts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical processes.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Demonstrated curiosity and willingness to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data extraction, transformation, analysis, and reporting.
• Support data-related projects utilizing Snowflake and other data platforms.
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports using Power BI.
• Assist with data quality checks, troubleshooting, and validation.
• Help identify opportunities to improve data processes, reporting, and automation.
• Work with business teams to understand data needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Develop and maintain scripts, tools, and applications using Python, C++, and Java.
• Assist with automation of repetitive processes and workflows.
• Support development, testing, debugging, and documentation of technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot code and system issues and work collaboratively to identify root causes.
• Participate in software and data engineering projects from requirements through implementation.
• Provide first-level technical support for common hardware, software, application, and system issues.
• Troubleshoot connectivity, access, software, and basic system issues.
• Assist employees with technology-related questions and provide clear, user-friendly guidance.
• Escalate more complex issues to the appropriate internal or external technology resources.
• Document recurring issues, solutions, and troubleshooting procedures.
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding technology needs, including equipment and system access.
• Support technology setup for meetings, presentations, and company events as needed.
• Participate in cross-functional technology and business projects.
• Research emerging technologies and make recommendations for process improvements.
• Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and improve efficiency.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, processes, and user guides.
• Support testing and implementation of new technology tools and systems.
