About The Position

Housed within The Nature Conservancy’s Resilient Watersheds Strategy, the Nature for Water Facility (‘N4W’) is a technical assistance outfit that provides hand-in-hand support to local champions seeking to develop watershed investment programs ('WIPs'). Since its inception in early 2022, N4W has worked with 35+ prospective and existing WIPs worldwide to help them define, structure, and launch their local programs. N4W also provides funding for pilot activities and scale-up support to selected WIPs. The Junior Data Analyst/Developer will be a critical part of N4W’s Program Intelligence team, focusing on building and managing our data collection, processing, and analysis pipelines. The Program Intelligence platform enables N4W to gather and make sense of diverse information from a range of on-the-ground partner programs (Partners) and thereby produce relevant intelligence findings that support those Partners’ effectiveness and growth, as well as focus on where investments can maximize long-term conservation impact. The location for this position is flexible within countries in North America, Latin America, the Caribbean, Africa, and Europe where The Nature Conservancy is a registered NGO and has an established office.
