This role is responsible for the full lifecycle of the bidding process, from initial invitations to final proposal organization. Requirements

• Proven experience in the commercial construction industry.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam and the MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work quickly and accurately under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Extremely detail-oriented and reliable.
• Thrives in a fast-paced and collaborative team setting.
• Adaptable and able to respond effectively to changing priorities.
• Works well with others and is a proactive team player.

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience with HCSS Heavy Bid is strongly recommended.

Responsibilities

• Attend pre-bid meetings and job walks to assess project scope and requirements.
• Assist with incoming bids and proposals.
• Follow up with stakeholders to address questions and clarify details.
• Handle a high volume of incoming requests efficiently and promptly.
• Assist with project estimating takeoffs.
• Assist with vendor solicitations.
• Assist with estimating folder handoff upon award.
