About The Position

Integrity Industries is seeking a motivated Junior Business Unit Manager – Manufacturing Operations to develop into a key manufacturing leader within our company. This hands-on position combines manufacturing, engineering, production planning, people leadership, and business management across our CNC Machining, Wire Harness, and Assembly operations. The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, technically minded, comfortable working with people, and interested in learning how to lead and operate a manufacturing business. Recent graduates in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Engineering Technology are encouraged to apply. Due to the nature of our work supporting U.S. government and defense programs and the potential for access to export-controlled technical data, U.S. citizenship is required for this position.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Associate degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Engineering Technology, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred.
0–3 years of experience; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to read engineering drawings or willingness to learn.
Comfortable working both in an office environment and directly on the manufacturing floor.
Interest in leading people and taking ownership of results.
U.S. citizenship is required.

Nice To Haves

CNC machining or manufacturing experience is helpful but not required.
ERP/MRP experience is a plus.
AS9100 or ISO 9001 experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review backlog and help establish daily and weekly production priorities.
Develop production schedules and assist with labor and capacity planning.
Track work orders, production output, delivery dates, and material readiness.
Coordinate production priorities with operators and Production Leads.
Review engineering drawings, BOMs, and specifications.
Help identify material requirements and develop manufacturing routings and process flows.
Assist with CNC machine-shop planning, including machine capacity, material, tooling, outside processing, and inspection requirements.
Identify production bottlenecks and help resolve manufacturing issues.
Track monthly shipments and revenue against targets.
Review labor, material, overtime, scrap, rework, and other manufacturing costs.
Participate in monthly business-unit P&L reviews.
Support continuous improvement, quality, and AS9100 requirements.
Develop leadership skills by taking increasing responsibility for production priorities, staffing, capacity, employee coordination, and business-unit performance.
