In this role, you'll work closely with the Business Systems team to troubleshoot system issues, support end users, maintain business processes, and assist with system configuration, reporting, and analytics. Requirements

Associates or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics, Data Science or related field or equivalent experience
Training in system design, business process analysis, working with databases
Basic skills in Excel, SQL, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint
Clear oral and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical details to non-technical audiences
Exhibit collaborative and team-focused skills and attitude
Organization skills

Nice To Haves

Basic skills in Power BI, Cognos BI, or Tableau desired
Experience in customer support desired

Responsibilities

Be an integral part of the multi-discipline Business Systems team within the WVC IT department.
Collaborate with the Business Systems Team to provide Help Desk support for existing business systems including but not limited to ERP, EHR, HCM, CRM, and Point of Sale.
Manage and maintain routine processes such as regular report generation, audits, manual data transfers, and other manual processes.
Assist the Business Systems Team with creating automated processes, gathering business requirements, documentation, and other system related tasks.
Participate in the IT On Duty evening and weekend emergency on call schedule.
