About The Position

The Junior Business Analyst will be a key member of the Business Operations (BO) Team. This role focuses on leveraging data and technology to drive sales productivity and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will use analytical tools, including Python and SQL, to automate data workflows, manage the Sales Performance Index (SPI), and provide actionable insights that support the company's growth target.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Data Science, Mathematics, or Business Analytics.
  • 0-2 years of experience.
  • Proficiency in Python for data manipulation (Pandas, NumPy) and basic automation scripts.
  • Ability to write SQL queries for data extraction and joining multiple relational tables.
  • Expert-level skills in Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query, and complex modeling).
  • Ability to interpret complex data sets and communicate the "story" behind the numbers to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience creating intuitive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau.
  • A strong interest in AI/Machine Learning and its application in business process automation (RPA).
  • Familiarity with B2B wholesale metrics, CRM structures (Odoo/Salesforce), and the Lead-to-Cash cycle.
  • Interest in leveraging LLMs (ChatGPT/Claude API) for data analysis and workflow optimization.
  • A collaborative mindset that thrives in a "Results-oriented" and "Innovation-driven" culture.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior internship experience in a data-centric role (Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or Sales Ops) where programming was applied to business problems is a significant plus.
  • A technical/quantitative background is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in monitoring and reporting the Sales Performance Index (SPI).
  • Help maintain dashboards that track revenue trends and sales activities.
  • Collect and clean data from various sources (Snowflake, etc.) to support the analysis of customer churn and regional sales opportunities.
  • Identify inefficiencies in the "Order-to-Cash" process and assist in documenting Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Support the implementation of RPA (Robotic Process Automation) and AI tools to reduce manual administrative tasks for the sales team.
  • Update and maintain sales materials, including standard proposals and competitive analysis.
