The Junior Brand Manager will support the Brand Marketing team across several marketing initiatives, including managing dedicated brands under Marketing Manager supervision. Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in brand management, commercial marketing, or international business
  • Self-driven, structured, and comfortable operating in a dynamic, international setting
  • Demonstrated desire to learn in managing a business portfolio with a national Toy retailers
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships, both externally and internally
  • Demonstrated organization, planning and communication skills
  • Goal oriented to achieve targets through self-motivation, persistence & determination
  • Ability to create and maintain business presentations, excel files, read POS reports
  • Fluent English, written and spoken
  • Strong commercial mindset with solid brand fundamentals
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ambitious, determined, results-oriented, convincing, extroverted, strong presentations skills

  • Retail, Consumer Product Goods experience is advantage

Responsibilities

  • Adapting product names & descriptions into local languages
  • Helping in products implementation in CEE region (including translation, product information, technical information and samples, etc.)
  • Preparing products catalogues, leaflets and banners in accordance with customer needs
  • Adapting TV commercials on a brand level and giving feedback regarding international projects
  • Internal communication daily with the international Marketing teams, Sales team as well as with external business partners (trade & advertising agencies)
  • Developing and implementing marketing campaigns and brand-building activities to drive market share across multiple channels (Digital, Retail, TV, Social and PR)
  • Executing brand activities (for dedicated product/brand) upon previous alignment with Marketing Manager
  • Monitoring competitor activities, sell in and out results, consumer and market trends to identify growth opportunities
  • Managing day-to-day brand operations, including timelines, budgets, and approvals
  • Supporting the development and tracking of AP budget in line with brand strategy and financial targets: tracking invoices, maintaining up to date budget trackers, Pos and accruals in collaboration with finance teams.
  • Product presentation in line with yearly customer and distributor previews
  • Trade marketing projects supporting CEE region supporting brands presence at retail: POSM, FSDU projects coordination, implementation, execution, efficiency analysis
