About The Position

As a member of the management team, you will support the assistant manager and manager in achieving sales goals, maintaining company standards, and motivating your team to excel. This role involves training team members on sales techniques and product knowledge, providing excellent customer service, coordinating store activities, and achieving personal sales goals. You will also be responsible for mobilizing your team, creating a positive work environment, embodying the company's vision and mission, and acting as a leadership role model. Building a high-performance team through recruitment, preparation, and training is key, as is managing team absences and lateness. Additionally, you will contribute to visual merchandising, stay aware of competitor activities, reflect the brand image, assist with order planning and visual displays, and maintain store appearance. Administrative duties include analyzing sales and productivity reports, opening and closing the store, and adhering to company policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Previous team management experience in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

  • Train team members to provide strong customer support and explain product features.
  • Provide customers with a warm welcome, answer questions, and explain products.
  • Coordinate store activities and tasks with the management team.
  • Keep the store running smoothly and ensure outstanding customer service.
  • Achieve personal sales goals.
  • Share necessary information with the team to achieve joint sales goals.
  • Mobilize the team and create a positive work environment.
  • Bring the company's vision, mission, and brand culture to life.
  • Demonstrate leadership and act as an inspiring role model.
  • Build a high-performance team through recruitment, preparation, and training.
  • Manage team members’ absences/lateness.
  • Create an attractive and inviting store based on planograms.
  • Stay on top of competitor activities.

  • Help with planning incoming orders and ensure visual displays are set up efficiently.
  • Help maintain the look and cleanliness of the store and backstore.
  • Analyze sales, in-store traffic and productivity reports and share the results with your team.
