About The Position

Junior Accountants provide analytical and administrative support for reviews, reconciliations, and documentation. The role supports cost and financial transparency and requires maintaining documentation sufficient for Federal review.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1 to 9 years of experience in accounting, auditing, or financial analysis.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and financial statement analysis.
• Familiarity with Federal cost principles or willingness to learn 2 CFR Part 200 requirements.
• Ability to perform data analysis, reconciliations, and documentation support with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, time-sensitive environment.
• Ability to obtain and maintain the security clearance or credentials required to perform the job.
