About The Position

OutPeak Services is an established and rapidly growing E-Commerce company managing several brands within two main divisions: Posh Baby & Kids (distributor of high-end kids products) and a division for matting products. They are looking for a full-time Junior Accountant/Bookkeeper to join their team, working from home. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning new skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented, excellent in communication, and passionate about learning. Requirements

• Diploma in Accounting (board passer not required but is an advantage).
• Professionalism and strong work ethic.
• Must be willing to work the night shift
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow stand procedures.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Highly organized.
• Fluency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and Google suite.

Nice To Haves

• Accounting: At least 2 years (preferred)
• Bookkeeping: At least 2 years (preferred)
• Excel/Word: At least 2 years (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Full cycle Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Full cycle Accounts Payable (AP).
• Bank and Credit Card Accounts reconciliation.
• Accounting activities focus on cloud-based accounting software such as Xero Accounting and Dear Inventory.
• Assistance with Purchasing/Analysis of sales data.
