About The Position

The Junior Account Manager supports the Senior Account Managers by maintaining accurate project information, and assisting with the successful execution of direct mail projects.

Requirements

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to prioritize workload and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  • Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Account Services team in meeting client and internal project needs.
  • Ensure project specifications, schedules, and documentation are accurate and up to date.
  • Monitor project timelines and assist in maintaining production schedules.
  • Prepare and maintain project records, spreadsheets, and other administrative documents.
  • Coordinate internal communications to facilitate efficient workflow and timely project completion.
  • Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of project administration.
