Jackson HealthPros is looking for a Junior Account Manager to support the growth of our Allied Healthcare division by developing client relationships, driving new business, and delivering exceptional service throughout the staffing process. In this role, you'll partner with experienced Account Managers and Client Services leaders to support existing healthcare clients while helping expand our customer base. Requirements

  • Familiarity with Vendor Management Systems (VMS).
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, and CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent organization and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to learn, grow, and build a successful career in client services and healthcare staffing.

Nice To Haves

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience in healthcare staffing, recruiting, customer service, account management, or sales preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary Account Manager for designated Allied Healthcare clients.
  • Build consultative, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their staffing needs and providing exceptional service.
  • Manage the full client lifecycle, including job intake, candidate submissions, client feedback, offers, placements, onboarding, and ongoing account support.
  • Monitor active assignments and collaborate with internal teams to quickly resolve issues.
  • Maintain accurate client, job order, and activity records in CRM, VMS platforms, and internal systems.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships within existing accounts and gain access to additional hiring managers or MSP programs.
  • Partner with the Director of Client Services to identify and pursue new Allied Healthcare clients.
  • Research prospective customers and conduct business development outreach through emails, calls, and discovery meetings.
  • Support onboarding documentation and implementation for new client accounts.
  • Once new accounts are established, lead job intake conversations and develop staffing strategies to deliver successful placements.
  • Prepare and submit qualified candidates through multiple Vendor Management Systems (VMS) accurately and on time.
  • Assist with credentialing coordination and compliance requirements.
  • Work cross-functionally with recruiting, operations, finance, and credentialing teams to deliver a seamless client and candidate experience.
  • Support collection efforts for assigned accounts as needed.
  • Participate in team meetings, client visits, conferences, and company events as needed.
