About The Position

Valley Natural Foods is seeking enthusiastic Juice Bar Crew Members to join their vibrant community. This role involves crafting delicious, nutritious beverages using organic, locally sourced ingredients, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized juice bar area. The position also supports overall store operations and promotes a positive work environment. This is a part-time position with approximately 16-20 hours per week, including early mornings, afternoons, and weekends.

Requirements

Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience
Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
English proficiency
Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
Able to remain flexible to the changing needs of the business
Regular, predictable attendance
Availability to work various shifts, including early mornings, to afternoon, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with MS Office and POS (Point of Sale) systems
Previous juice bar/coffee bar experience
Familiarity with natural foods, grocery industry or cooperatives
Flexibility to pick up extra shifts is a plus!

Responsibilities

Create a variety of juices, smoothies, coffees, and specialty drinks using organic, locally sourced ingredients.
Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, assisting customers in choosing products that suit their tastes and health goals.
Ensure the juice bar area is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards.
Assist in stocking and organizing supplies and inform supervisors of any inventory needs.
Work closely with co-op staff to support overall store operations and promote a positive work environment.
