Valley Natural Foods is seeking enthusiastic Juice Bar Crew Members to join our vibrant community. Requirements

• Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• English proficiency
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills
• Able to remain flexible to the changing needs of the business
• Regular, predictable attendance
• Enthusiasm for organic foods, nutrition, and promoting a healthy lifestyle.
• Ability to engage positively with customers and provide exceptional service.
• Commitment to maintaining high standards in beverage preparation and cleanliness.

• Availability to work various shifts, including opening (early am) day, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems
• Previous juice bar/coffee bar experience
• Familiarity with natural foods, grocery industry or cooperatives
• Flexibility to pick up extra shifts is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of juices, smoothies, coffees, and specialty drinks using organic, locally sourced ingredients.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, assisting customers in choosing products that suit their tastes and health goals.
• Ensure the juice bar area is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards.
• Assist in stocking and organizing supplies and inform supervisors of any inventory needs.
• Work closely with co-op staff to support overall store operations and promote a positive work environment.
