About The Position

Valley Natural Foods is seeking enthusiastic Juice Bar Crew Members to join their vibrant community. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to be part of a team that values sustainability, wellness, and exceptional customer service. The position involves crafting delicious, nutritious beverages using organic, locally sourced ingredients, providing friendly and knowledgeable service to customers, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization at the juice bar. Crew members will also assist with stocking and inventory and collaborate with co-op staff to support overall store operations and promote a positive work environment.

• Previous customer service and/or cash handling experience.
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment.
• English proficiency.
• Excellent time management, organizational and communication skills.
• Able to remain flexible to the changing needs of the business.
• Regular, predictable attendance.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with MS Office and POS systems.
• Previous juice bar/coffee bar experience.
• Familiarity with natural foods, grocery industry or cooperatives.

Responsibilities

• Create a variety of juices, smoothies, coffees, and specialty drinks using organic, locally sourced ingredients.
• Provide friendly and knowledgeable service, assisting customers in choosing products that suit their tastes and health goals.
• Ensure the juice bar area is clean, organized, and meets all health and safety standards.
• Assist in stocking and organizing supplies and inform supervisors of any inventory needs.
• Work closely with co-op staff to support overall store operations and promote a positive work environment.
