Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting a JSC Cultural Resources / Natural Resources / NEPA Manager (3862) in Webster, TX. Requirements

Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Environmental Science, Biology, Chemistry, Geology, Earth Science, or a related science field, or a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Engineering.
Minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience.
Graduate-level education may be substituted for experience.
United States citizenship.
Due to the nature of the government contract requirements and/or clearances requirements, US citizenship is required.

Responsibilities

Manage and provide technical leadership for cultural resources, natural resources, and NEPA compliance activities.
Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulations, including the National Historic Preservation Act (NHPA) and NEPA.
Support environmental planning, reviews, reporting, and coordination with regulatory agencies.
Provide technical guidance and oversight for environmental documentation and compliance activities.
