The Banquet operation within the Broadmoor Hotel offers a variety of chic banquet dining experiences through showcasing seasonal and local produce. The Banquets operation within the Broadmoor Hotel assists with maintaining the Forbes Travel Guide Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond ratings for the Hotel. The Broadmoor is committed to creating a culture of family and community while simultaneously providing a genuine, unforgettable experience for our guests and team. This role will play a key part in continuing to uphold our reputation and providing exceptional service to our guests. As a member of the Culinary Banquets Team, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting all banquet specific menu items. You will assist the Banquet Chef in daily responsibilities to include ordering, kitchen management, execution of banquet menu items, and assisting with managing a staff of 15-20 employees daily. This person must be able to follow the direction of the Executive Sous Chef of Banquets and Banquet Chef in maintaining the highest standards of food quality, taste, and production and follow the standards set in place as a manager at the hotel.
